  • home made granola cereal | 1.00 cup
  • Whole wheat, rolled oats, presweetened, with pecans, cereal | 1.00 cup 1 NLEA serving
  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified | 0.50 cup
  • Almonds | 0.50 cup, sliced
  • Seedless golden raisins | 0.50 cup, packed
  • Egg, whole, raw | 1.00 small
  • Brown sugar | 3.00 tbsp packed
  • Oil, palm | 3.00 tbsp
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 0.50 tsp

  1. Slightly beat the egg.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line 8*8*2-inch baking pan with foil. With cooking spray, coat the foil lightly. Set aside.
  3. Put together flour, raisins, nuts, oats and granola in a large bowl. Combine honey, sugar, oil, egg and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix together both mixture and then stir until combined. In prepared pan press the mixture evenly.
  4. Bake the mixture for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack. Lift cookies from the pan with the help of foil. Cut them into bars.
  5. Serve.
