  1. Cut the grapefruit in half and then remove the central piece of pith, carefully cut under the segments to make them easier to remove; scoop out the seeds and flesh of passion fruit. Preheat the grill and then line the grill rack with the foil.
  2. Place the grapefruit on the rack and scatter over the sugar. Cook for 5 minutes. Spoon the seeds and flesh over the cooked grapefruit.
  3. Serve.
