- Cut the grapefruit in half and then remove the central piece of pith, carefully cut under the segments to make them easier to remove; scoop out the seeds and flesh of passion fruit. Preheat the grill and then line the grill rack with the foil.
- Place the grapefruit on the rack and scatter over the sugar. Cook for 5 minutes. Spoon the seeds and flesh over the cooked grapefruit.
