  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 6.00 medium whole 2-3/5" dia
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Olive oil | 4.00 tablespoon
  • Hot chili red pepper, raw | 0.50 pepper
  • Feta cheese | 1.25 cup, crumbled

  1. Slice the tomatoes and chop hot pepper. Set aside.
  2. Take a ceramic bowl; add 1 tbsp olive oil, and put tomatoes in single layer on top of oil. Scatter over little amount of salt. Add 1/3 of feta on top. Sprinkle 1/3 of chopped hot red pepper.
  3. Repeat this act three times by adding olive oil, tomatoes, salt and feta as you did before. Add 1 last tbsp of oil on top.
  4. Preheat oven to 180*C. Place in oven and bake for half an hour. Place out and serve with proud to all.
