- Slice the tomatoes and chop hot pepper. Set aside.
- Take a ceramic bowl; add 1 tbsp olive oil, and put tomatoes in single layer on top of oil. Scatter over little amount of salt. Add 1/3 of feta on top. Sprinkle 1/3 of chopped hot red pepper.
- Repeat this act three times by adding olive oil, tomatoes, salt and feta as you did before. Add 1 last tbsp of oil on top.
- Preheat oven to 180*C. Place in oven and bake for half an hour. Place out and serve with proud to all.
