  1. Cut the banana into half lengthways with the peel. Preheat the grill and oil the grill grate lightly. Take a baking sheet and place the banana pieces on it, cut side up. Sprinkle the honey over the bananas and then scatter over the brown sugar.
  2. Grill them until they are caramelized around the edges. Then transfer them to the small baking sheet. Now remove the skin off the banana halves and place 2 pieces on each dessert plate.
  3. Now top each banana with 1 scoop of ice cream and ladle over the hot fudge sauce and rum caramel sauce. Top with the whipped cream and scatter over the chopped peanuts.
