  • Skinless chicken breast, raw | 1.50 unit yield from 1 lb chicken
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Sauce, worcestershire | 1.00 tbsp
  • Romaine lettuce, raw | 1.00 head
  • Spinach, raw | 0.50 cup
  • Carrots, raw | 1.00 medium
  • Cucumber, with peel, raw | 1.00 cucumber 8-1/4"
  • green onions tops | 1.00 stalk
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 1.00 medium whole 2-3/5" dia
  • Avocados, raw | 0.50 cup, sliced

Instructions

  4. Toss everything together.
