Ingredients

  • Milk, nonfat, protein fortified, skim | 0.25 cup
  • Semi sweet chocolate | 3.00 oz approx 60 pcs
  • Butter without salt | 1.50 tbsp
  • Multigrain bread | 8.00 slice regular

Instructions

  1. Put the milk in the pan and then heat it until boil. When the milk is just started to boil, put the chocolate in the milk and then leave for 1 minute until smooth. Then set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Spread the butter on one side of each slice. Now spread the chocolate mixture on the clean side of 4 slices. Cover with the remaining slices of bread, buttered-side up, press the slices lightly.
  3. Heat the non-stick skillet at a medium heat, cook the bread slices in it for 2 minutes, turning them over and cook the other side until browned.
  4. Serve immediately.
