- Put the milk in the pan and then heat it until boil. When the milk is just started to boil, put the chocolate in the milk and then leave for 1 minute until smooth. Then set aside to cool slightly.
- Spread the butter on one side of each slice. Now spread the chocolate mixture on the clean side of 4 slices. Cover with the remaining slices of bread, buttered-side up, press the slices lightly.
- Heat the non-stick skillet at a medium heat, cook the bread slices in it for 2 minutes, turning them over and cook the other side until browned.
- Serve immediately.
