  • Carrots, raw | 0.50 small 5-1/2" long
  • Cucumber, peeled, raw | 1.00 cup, pared, chopped
  • Canned waterchestnuts | 1.00 cup slices
  • Grass-fed beef ground, raw | 1.00 lb
  • Hoisin sauce | 0.33 cup
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Salt | 0.25 tsp
  • Butterhead lettuce, raw | 8.00 leaf, medium

Instructions
