Ingredients

  • Onions raw | 1.00 small
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Hot chili red pepper, raw | 1.00 pepper
  • Avocados, raw | 2.00 avocado, NS as to Florida or California
  • Olive oil | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Lemon juice, raw | 4.00 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic; seed and finely chop the red chili; half and seed the avocados, scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  2. With the help of a large fork, mash the flesh of the avocados.
  3. Stir in the chilies, onion and garlic in the avocados along with the oil and juice.
  4. Season well.
  5. Then transfer the mixture into a small serving bowl, drizzle over a small olive oil.
  6. Serve.
