  • Fresh basil | 0.50 cup leaves, whole
  • Ready-to-bake flour tortilla | 12.00 tortilla approx 7-8" dia
  • Pizza sauce, canned | 1.00 cup
  • Cheese, mozzarella, low sodium | 2.00 cup, shredded
  • Ham, honey smoked, cooked | 8.00 oz 1 serving

  1. Make a paste of basil leaves and finely chop the cooked ham. Preheat oven at a temperature of 425 F.
  2. Spread half of basil paste on four of the tortillas. Place a second tortilla to make four stacks of each of them.
  3. Spoon pizza sauce over tortilla stacks then sprinkle half of the cheese. Top with remaining tortillas.
  4. Put together remaining basil paste, cheese and ham in small bowl. Spread this mixture over tortilla stacks.
  5. On a baking sheet, place tortilla stacks and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Cut tortilla stacks into wedges and serve.
