Ingredients

  • Soybean oil mayonnaise | 3.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Sweet Green peppers, raw | 0.25 cup, sliced
  • Ham, chopped, canned | 1.00 cup
  • Corn pasta, cooked | 1.00 cup
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 0.50 cup, chopped or sliced
  • fresh pineapple, raw | 1.00 cup, chunks

Instructions

  1. Warm the cooked pasta in microwave until just heated .
  2. While still warm, add mayonnaise, ham, sweet pepper, season with salt and black pepper, then set aside to cool.
  3. Arrange on a bed of lettuce, if desired.
  4. Mix in the tomatoes and pineapple chunks lastly.
  5. Serve lightly chilled!
