Ingredients

  • Onions raw | 0.50 cup, chopped
  • Butter without salt | 0.66 tbsp
  • Brown rice, long grain, raw | 0.75 cup
  • Drinking tap water | 1.66 cup 8 fl oz
  • Ham, honey smoked, cooked | 8.25 oz 1 serving
  • Broccoli flower clusters, raw | 2.00 cup flowerets

Instructions

  1. Take a 10-inch non-stick skillet; melt the butter in it. Now cook the onion and rice for 2 minute. Then add in the water and bring to boil. Lower down the heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add the ham and broccoli; stir and bring to boil. Lower down the heat, cover and cook for 15 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  3. Transfer Ham Broccoli and Rice Skillet Recipe to the serving plates and serve at once.
