Ingredients

  • Minced Ham | 32.00 oz
  • Mustard, prepared, yellow | 2.00 tsp or 1 packet
  • Whole milk with added vitamin D | 1.00 cup
  • Commercially prepared soft white bread | 2.00 cup, crumbs
  • Ground veal raw | 16.00 oz
  • Onions raw | 0.25 cup, chopped
  • Egg, whole, raw | 3.00 medium
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.25 tsp, ground

Instructions

  1. Grease a 1.5-qt. ring mold.
  2. Grind cooked ham. Stir in mustard and milk to make a smooth paste.
  3. Combine with ground veal, soft bread crumbs, onion, eggs and pepper.
  4. Pack lightly into the prepared mold. Bake at 350 F for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  5. Un-mold the ring. Garnish with pineapple slices and parsley or sour cream if desired.
