- Grease a 1.5-qt. ring mold.
- Grind cooked ham. Stir in mustard and milk to make a smooth paste.
- Combine with ground veal, soft bread crumbs, onion, eggs and pepper.
- Pack lightly into the prepared mold. Bake at 350 F for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Un-mold the ring. Garnish with pineapple slices and parsley or sour cream if desired.
