- Take 4 slices of the salmon. Grate the potato and place them in a bowl along with the flour and mustard. Add salt and pepper; mix them well.
- Make 8 balls from the mixture and then flatten them. Take a frying pan; heat it with the butter and oil and then place the patties in the pan.
- Cook from both sides for 3 minutes at a medium heat until golden. Put 2 hash browns on the serving plate and top with the slice of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with the dollop of sour cream and serve at once.
