  • Mustard, prepared, yellow | 1.00 tbsp
  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified | 1.00 tbsp
  • Potato, flesh and skin, raw | 1.00 Potato large 3" to 4-1/4" dia
  • Oil, sunflower, linoleic less than 60% | 1.00 tbsp
  • Fish, salmon, chinook, smoked | 4.00 oz

  1. Take 4 slices of the salmon. Grate the potato and place them in a bowl along with the flour and mustard. Add salt and pepper; mix them well.
  2. Make 8 balls from the mixture and then flatten them. Take a frying pan; heat it with the butter and oil and then place the patties in the pan.
  3. Cook from both sides for 3 minutes at a medium heat until golden. Put 2 hash browns on the serving plate and top with the slice of smoked salmon.
  4. Garnish with the dollop of sour cream and serve at once.
