  • Ginger ale | 0.50 fl oz
  • Maple syrup | 0.50 tbsp

  1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour maple syrup, rum and ginger ale.
  2. Shake well for 20 seconds then pour it into a chilled shot tumbler.
  3. Slightly tilt tumbler to your side and pour red wine towards bottom of tumbler to form a layer on surface of the cocktail.
  4. Serve chilled!
