- Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom only of loaf pan with margarine or a little canola oil, 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 inches.
- Mix dry banana bread ingredients in a large bowl. Wisk together the milk, yogurt, egg whites and bananas. Pour into the flour mixture and combine until just moistened and slightly lumpy. Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out of the banana bread cleanly.
