  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, oregano, dried | 0.50 tsp, ground
  • Spices, thyme, dried | 0.50 tsp, ground
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Potato, skin, raw | 4.00 medium
  • Onions raw | 1.00 small
  • Spices, basil, dried | 0.50 tsp, ground
  • Spices, parsley, dried | 0.50 tsp
  • Peppers, sweet, red, freeze-dried | 0.13 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine basil, oregano, garlic, thyme, parsley, dried red pepper, salt and oil in a bowl. Mix in the potatoes and onion until coated. Apply pepper and mix well. Place the potatoes and onion on roasting pan, place in a single layer.
  3. Roast for 25-30 minutes; turn every 10 minutes to roast well on all sides. Serve.
