Ingredients

  • Parsley, raw | 0.25 cup chopped
  • Lemon juice, raw | 1.00 tbsp
  • Butter without salt | 0.50 cup
  • White potatoes, raw | 2.50 lb
  • Chives, raw | 3.00 tbsp chopped
  • Fresh dill weed | 3.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 0.13 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.13 tsp, ground

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and then cut into wedges.
  2. Boil your potatoes until soft. This should take about 20 minutes. Drain out the water and shift them to a serving bowl.
  3. Now blend the lemon juice, butter, parsley, chives and weed plus salt and pepper. Shower over your potatoes and mix well. Voila; it’s ready to serve!
