Ingredients

  • Chocolate whey and milk drink | 0.25 cup
  • Peanut butter, smooth, vitamin and mineral fortified | 2.00 tbsp
  • Egg, white, raw | 3.00 large
  • Bananas, raw | 2.00 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long
  • Milk with 2% milk fat | 0.50 cup
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 1.00 tsp
  • QUAKER MultiGrain Oatmeal, dry | 2.50 cup 1 NLEA serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven for 5 minutes at 180 C (355 F).
  2. Mix the oats, the chocolate whey drink and the cinnamon.
  3. Add the peanut butter and stir in throughly.
  4. Add the egg whites, mashed bananas and the honey.
  5. Add the nonfat milk slowly, while mixing thoroughly.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a greased lined cake tin and level with a knife.
  7. Place in oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting to reduce stickiness.
  9. Cut into 8 bars.
