Ingredients

  • Ready-to-bake corn tortillas | 15.00 tortilla
  • Palm kernel oil | 1.00 tablespoon
  • Salt | 0.25 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut tortillas into quarters and transfer to a large zip-top bag. Drizzle oil over tortillas and seal bag.
  2. Shake to evenly distribute oil over tortillas.
  3. Place tortillas in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until crisp, being careful to not over brown tortillas.
