  • Parsley, raw | 3.00 tbsp
  • Carrots, baby, raw | 20.00 oz

  1. In a medium saucepan, pour in some water and add the babny carrots, bring to boil, reduce the heat ans simmer for 10 minutes or until the carrots are tender and crisp. Drain and set aside.
  2. Now in a frying pan, melt some margarine, add in the carrots, honey and sugar, frequently turn them to coat the honey evenly on slow heat, keep stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
