- Hull the strawberries and then halve them.
- Put 1/3 of ice cream on to shortbread layer, placing it in scoops and then put 1/3 of strawberries in between.
- Repeat the process with second shortbread and place it on top of first one. Then do the same with third one.
- Finally pile up the strawberries up high on final layer, dust with icing sugar and serve it.
