  • Vanilla ice cream, light | 5.00 serving 1/2 cup
  • Strawberries, raw | 6.00 cup, whole
  • Sponge cake, prepared | 3.00 piece 1/12 of 16 oz cake

Instructions

  1. Hull the strawberries and then halve them.
  2. Put 1/3 of ice cream on to shortbread layer, placing it in scoops and then put 1/3 of strawberries in between.
  3. Repeat the process with second shortbread and place it on top of first one. Then do the same with third one.
  4. Finally pile up the strawberries up high on final layer, dust with icing sugar and serve it.
