- Remove the skin off the chicken thighs. Take a 9x13-inch glass baking dish, grease it. Put together the tomato sauce and paste, onion powder, garlic powder, seasonings, salt and mushrooms in a bowl.
- Place the chicken in a microwave safe bowl, ladle over the tomato paste mixture. Cover the bowl with the plastic wrap and the microwave for 30 minutes at medium until the chicken is done.
