- Put together the 0.33 cup of the lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, pepper and thyme in a bowl. Then stuff the garlic and pepper mixture under the skin of each chicken breast.
- Mix together the lemon peel, broth, pepper and remaining lemon juice in a bowl. Take a 13*9*2-inch baking dish, grease it and then place the chicken pieces in it. Ladle the lemon juice mixture over the chicken pieces.
- Cover the dish and le refrigerate for 6 hours. Then drain the chicken pieces and discard the marinade. Grill, skin side up, cover, at a medium heat for about 45 minutes, turning once.
