Ingredients

  • Margarine-like, vegetable oil spread, fat free, liquid, with salt | 8.00 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar | 0.75 cup
  • Applesauce, canned, sweetened, with salt | 0.25 cup
  • Egg, whole, raw | 1.00 small
  • Molasses | 2.00 serving 1 tbsp
  • Cookies, oatmeal, commercially prepared, regular | 1.00 cup
  • Whole grain wheat flour | 1.00 cup
  • Baking soda | 1.00 tsp
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 1.00 tsp
  • Dates, deglet noor | 1.00 cup, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. If sticky, add more flour, nuts or cold cereal.
  3. Drop by small tablespoons onto baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 20 min on 350 degrees.
  5. When done , cool and serve.
