Ingredients

  • Drinking tap water | 1.50 cup 8 fl oz
  • Lemon peel, raw | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, thyme, dried | 0.75 tsp, leaves
  • Parsley, raw | 0.50 cup chopped
  • Coucous, cooked | 1.00 cup, cooked
  • Olive oil | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice, raw | 0.50 tsp
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.50 tsp, ground

Instructions

  1. Bring water to the boil in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in zest, thyme and couscous.
  3. Remove from heat and cover.
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff couscous with a fork.
  6. Stir in parsley and oil.
  7. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
