Ingredients

  • White potatoes, raw | 2.00 potato large 3 to 4-1/4" dia
  • Yogurt, plain, skim milk | 2.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Spices, pepper, white | 0.50 tsp, ground

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes; cut in quarters. Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 20 to 25 minutesor until tender. Remove from heat.Drain.
  2. Cover the pot.
  3. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over low heat, cook garlic in milk until garlic is soft, about 30 minutes.
  4. Add milk-garlic mixture and white pepper to potatoes.
  5. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed or mash with a potato masher until smooth.
