Ingredients

  • Hardboiled egg(s) | 6.00 large
  • Ground beef raw | 0.50 lb
  • Mustard, prepared, yellow | 0.75 tsp or 1 packet
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.25 tsp, ground
  • Cream, sour, cultured | 4.00 tbsp
  • Butter salted | 1.00 tbsp
  • Spices, paprika | 0.25 tsp

Instructions

  1. First cook the ground meat in a large saucepan and set aside.
  2. Prepare hard-boiled eggs by cutting each egg into two halves lengthwise.
  3. Remove egg yolks into a bowl and mash them with a fork. Reserve the egg whites.
  4. Mix cooked beef, mustard, salt and pepper with the egg yolks until combined.
  5. Stir in sour cream moistening the mixture into a thick, paste-like consistency.
  6. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture, place the mixture through a pipping bag.
  7. Serve chilled.
