  • Dried apricots, uncooked | 1.00 oz
  • Melons, cantaloupe, raw | 0.50 melon, medium about 5" dia
  • Strawberries, raw | 8.00 NLEA serving
  • Orange juice, raw | 5.00 fl oz
  • Oat bran, cooked | 0.13 cup
  • Blanched almonds | 2.00 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chop the apricots finely; peel the melon, deseed and then cut into small bite-size pieces. Combine oat bran, rolled oats, almonds and apricots in a bowl.

  3. Serve with the orange juice.
