- Cut all the melons into two halves, discard seeds then scoop out flesh into balls using a melon baller.
- Then place the melon balls in a serving bowl.
- Rinse and remove stems from strawberries, cut into two halves, add to serving bowl.
- Put together lemon juice, water and honey, stir to blend then ladle over the fruits.
- Mix the fruits and sprinkle mint over them.
- Serve at once.
