Ingredients

  • Watermelon, raw | 0.50 melon 15" long x 7-1/2" dia
  • Honeydew melons, raw | 1.00 melon 5-1/4" dia
  • Melons, cantaloupe, raw | 1.00 melon, medium about 5" dia
  • Strawberries, raw | 2.00 cup, whole
  • Lemon juice, raw | 1.00 tbsp
  • Drinking tap water | 1.00 tbsp
  • Fresh peppermint | 1.00 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut all the melons into two halves, discard seeds then scoop out flesh into balls using a melon baller.
  2. Then place the melon balls in a serving bowl.
  3. Rinse and remove stems from strawberries, cut into two halves, add to serving bowl.
  4. Put together lemon juice, water and honey, stir to blend then ladle over the fruits.
  5. Mix the fruits and sprinkle mint over them.
  6. Serve at once.
