Ingredients

  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Lemon juice, raw | 1.00 lemon yields
  • Fresh spearmint | 1.00 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie | 0.50 cup

Instructions

  1. Whiz the garlic in a food processor add the fresh mint and process until fine.
  2. Dump in the mayonnaise,garlic, lemon juice and pepper to taste.
  3. Keeps for 2 weeks or so in fridge.
  4. Great on chicken, salmon, eggs.
