  • Apricot nectar, canned, without added ascorbic acid | 12.00 fl oz
  • Low fat yogurt | 1.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Bananas, raw | 2.00 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long
  • Strawberries, raw | 0.75 cup, whole

Instructions
