  • Vanilla fudge ice cream, unsweetened | 4.00 serving 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla wafer pie crust | 1.00 crust, single 9"
  • Drinking tap water | 0.25 cup 8 fl oz
  • Coffee, instant, regular, powder | 3.00 tsp
  • Granulated sugar | 8.00 tsp

  1. Put together water, coffee, sugar and vanilla extract in a small bowl, stir for a while then set aside.
  2. Mix coffee mixture and ice cream in a large bowl, stir gently until liquid is blended into the ice cream.
  3. Spoon the mixture into pie crust, smooth top with a rubber spatula.
  4. Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in refrigerator for about 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Cut into 8 slices and serve.
