Ingredients

  • Mushrooms,Portable Cap | 16.00 oz
  • Oil, soybean | 1.00 tbsp
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 tbsp, chopped
  • Ginger root, raw | 3.00 tsp
  • Home prepared, chicken stock | 1.00 cup
  • Oyster sauce | 1.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes. Cook the mushrooms in a saucepan of lightly salted water for 45 minutes. Rinse and then drain them.
  2. Heat the wok and then heat the oil in it. Now stir-fry the ginger and garlic in it. Then stir-fry the mushrooms.
  3. Now put the stock and then sauce and seasoning, cook until the sauce thickens. Serve 'Mushroom Stew' immediately.
