- Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes. Cook the mushrooms in a saucepan of lightly salted water for 45 minutes. Rinse and then drain them.
- Heat the wok and then heat the oil in it. Now stir-fry the ginger and garlic in it. Then stir-fry the mushrooms.
- Now put the stock and then sauce and seasoning, cook until the sauce thickens. Serve 'Mushroom Stew' immediately.
