Ingredients

  • Onions raw | 1.00 medium 2-1/2" dia
  • Oil, sunflower, linoleic less than 60% | 2.00 tbsp
  • Noodles, chinese, cellophane, dehydrated | 2.00 cup
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 0.50 oz
  • Powdered sugar | 2.00 tbsp unsifted
  • Fish sauce | 2.00 tbsp
  • Shrimp, raw | 1.00 lb
  • Hot green chilli peppers, raw | 1.00 pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel a layer and cut slices of onion. Also slice the chili after discarding its seeds. Peel and devein the shrimp and keep all of these aside.
  2. Soak noodles in a bowl of water and keep aside for 5 minutes then discharge its water.
  3. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and chili to the oil and saute for a minute to soften them.
  4. Then carefully put shrimps along with coriander, fish sauce and sugar. Stir fry for 2 more minutes.
  5. Add noddles to the saucepan. Toss well to mix then dish out and serve immediately.
