- Make a zest from orange peel and preset oven to 425*F.
- Take a large bowl; add flour, oat bran, sugar, grated orange peel, ginger and baking powder. Combine them. Add the margarine and fold into flour mixture.
- Take a small bowl now; add egg with milk, whisk and add to dried mixture. Use parchment paper to cover a baking sheet, drop spoonfuls of scones batter on sheet and make 10 scones evenly.
- Place in oven and bake for 12 minutes then remove from oven and serve hot to all.
