  • Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shoyu | 1.00 tbsp
  • Sesame oil | 1.00 tsp
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Skinless chicken breast, raw | 0.50 lb
  • Commercially prepared white bread low sodium, no salt | 4.00 slice, large
  • Peanut butter smooth with salt | 4.00 tbsp
  • Raw sprouted mung beans | 0.12 cup
  • Peppers, sweet, red, raw | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Parsley, raw | 2.00 sprigs

  1. Crush garlic clove, thinly slice red sweet pepper and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, add soy sauce, honey, and garlic and sesame oil. Mix all well and brush over chicken pieces gently.
  3. Place chicken over moderately hot grill and cook for 4 minutes, turn each side until cooked thoroughly, now thinly slice them.
  4. Spread some peanut butter on two slices of the bread. Keep the chicken slices on top of peanut butter. Use a little more amount of butter over the chicken.
  5. Add bean sprouts over and sliced red sweet pepper, sandwich together with another slices of bread. You can cut the sandwich into half, if wished.
