- Grate the ginger root; mince the garlic; cut the stalks and then chop the leaves and cut the stalks into 1-inch pieces; cut the broccoli stalks into 0.25-inch pieces and then cut the florets into bite-size pieces.
- Place 0.5 cup of water in a large skillet; bring to boil. Then place the stalks of pak choi and the broccoli florets in the water, cover and then simmer on low for 5 minutes. Remove the cover and then heat at high until the water evaporates.
- Put the skillet away from the heat and then add the pak choi leaves, garlic and oil. Then again heat it for 2 minutes until crisp-tender. Then put the soy sauce and ginger and toss well.
- Transfer to the serving plates and serve Pak Choi with Broccoli at once.
