Ingredients

  • Papayas, raw | 2.00 fruit, large
  • Bananas, raw | 1.00 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long
  • Kiwifruit, green, raw | 1.00 fruit 2" dia
  • Strawberries, raw | 1.00 cup, sliced
  • Tangerine(s), raw | 1.33 cup, sections
  • Low fat vanilla yogurt | 0.75 cup 8 fl oz
  • Fresh peppermint | 2.00 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut papayas in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out seeds.
  3. Place each half on a medium plate.
  4. Place an equal amount of banana, kiwifruit, strawberries, and oranges in each papaya half.
  5. Combine yogurt, honey and mint; mix well.
  6. Spoon over fruit before serving.
