- Trim off the papaya stems, cut into half length-wise, discard the seeds, peel and cut into segments by using a sharp paring knife. Chop hot pepper and cilantro.
- Put the papaya with chopped cilantro, pepper, ground ginger, cinnamon, lime juice, olive oil and salt. Toss well each ingredient in a bowl. Serve with your desired meal (you may also store it in fridge to marinate for 15 minutes).
