  • Papayas, raw | 1.00 fruit, large
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 1.00 oz
  • Lime juice, raw | 1.00 tbsp
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 0.25 tsp
  • Spices, ginger, ground | 0.25 tsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Olive oil | 1.00 tablespoon
  • Hot chili red pepper, raw | 3.00 pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim off the papaya stems, cut into half length-wise, discard the seeds, peel and cut into segments by using a sharp paring knife. Chop hot pepper and cilantro.
  2. Put the papaya with chopped cilantro, pepper, ground ginger, cinnamon, lime juice, olive oil and salt. Toss well each ingredient in a bowl. Serve with your desired meal (you may also store it in fridge to marinate for 15 minutes).
