  • Cheese, parmesan, grated | 0.75 cup
  • White wine | 1.00 fl oz
  • Mustard, prepared, yellow | 0.25 cup
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Palm kernel oil | 1.00 tablespoon
  • Spices, paprika | 1.00 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper | 0.25 tsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Chicken thighs with skin, raw | 8.00 thigh

  1. Mince the garlic clove. In a pie plate; put together the oil and garlic and set aside for 5 minutes. Then put the wine and mustard to the oil.
  2. Take another pie plate and put together the paprika, cheese and cayenne pepper. Now coat the chicken thighs first with the oil mixture and then the cheese mixture.
