Ingredients

  • Strawberries, raw | 8.00 NLEA serving
  • Raspberries, raw | 1.00 cup
  • Canned peaches | 1.75 cup, halves or slices
  • Butter without salt | 2.00 oz
  • Brown sugar | 4.00 tbsp packed
  • Orange(s) | 1.00 fruit 2-5/8" dia
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 1.00 tsp

Instructions

  1. Peel orange and grate its rind. Cut strawberries into slices then keep aside.
  2. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 400?F.
  3. Take a shallow ovenproof dish, place the strawberries, peaches and raspberries in it.
  4. With the help of your fingertips, mix butter into flour in another bowl until it resembles bread crumbs.
  5. Then stir in sugar, orange rind, cinnamon and oats. Mix them thoroughly then put the mixture over fruits.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven or until its surface turns golden. Dust with icing sugar and serve it.
