- Preheat oven to 425*F.
- Partially drain the juice from the peaches. Place in a bowl and set aside.
- Mix sugars, spices, flour, margarine and salt, mix well. Line a 9x12 pan with two of the piecrusts. Pour the peaches in the pan. Scatter the cold margarine over the peach mixture, and then place the second remaining crusts over the peaches.
- Pierce the top crust with the slits to allow steam to escape. Spray the top of the cobbler with the vegetable spray.
- Bake for 15 minutes then reduce the temperature to 350*F and cook for another 45 minutes until cobbler is brown and bubbly. Remove from oven and serve to enjoy with everyone.
