Ingredients

  • Whole milk with added vitamin D | 0.50 cup
  • Low fat yogurt | 0.50 cup 8 fl oz
  • Frozen sliced peaches | 1.00 cup, thawed
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 0.13 tsp
  • Spices, nutmeg, ground | 0.25 tsp
  • Spices, ginger, ground | 0.25 tsp

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients( milk, yogurt, frozen thawed peaches, honey, powdered cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and vanilla extract)at once. Mix into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon powder on top.
  3. Serve fresh.
