  • Passion Fruit | 1.00 fruit without refuse
  • Orange juice, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Low fat yogurt | 3.00 tbsp
  • Peaches, raw | 1.00 small 2-1/2" dia

  1. Scoop out the seeds of the passion fruit; peel and cut the peach in half, discard the stone and then slice the flesh. Put all the peach slices in a blender except 2 of them together with the passion fruit; add the orange juice while the blender is on.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Fill half of the glass with the ice and then ladle over the smoothie.
  4. Decorate the glass with the peach slices and serve chill.
