  • Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shoyu | 2.00 tbsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 4.00 tsp, whole
  • Oil, sunflower, linoleic less than 60% | 2.00 tbsp
  • Sweet Green peppers, raw | 1.00 medium
  • Peas, green, raw | 2.50 cup
  • Oyster sauce | 2.00 tbsp
  • Skinless chicken breast, raw | 2.00 breast, bone and skin removed

  1. Cut chicken into julian strips, crush black pepper and cut sweet pepper into slices after de-seeding it then keep them aside.
  2. Mix ketchup and soy sauce in a mixing bowl then toss chicken strips in it to mix.
  3. Place crushed pepper sprinkled on a plate. Coat chicken in crushed pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a wok, add coated chicken to the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Then put sweet peppers along with peas and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add oyster sauce lastly and cook for 2 minutes or until it starts to bubble.
  7. Shift into serving bowls and serve instantly.
