  • fresh pineapple, raw | 1.00 slice 4-2/3" dia x 3/4" thick
  • Bananas, raw | 1.00 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long
  • Canned coconut milk | 1.50 tbsp
  • Strawberry ice cream | 1.00 individual 3.5 fl oz
  • Unsweetened pineapple juice, without ascorbic acid | 2.25 fl oz
  • Pomegranate juice | 1.00 fl oz

  1. Peel off the banana and cut it into slices. Also, cut two wedges from the pineapple for decoration and slice remaining pineapple.
  2. In a blender, put banana and pineapple slices along with pineapple juice. Blend it till it forms a smoothie.
  3. Then add coconut milk, strawberry ice-cream and some crushed ice. Blend until it forms a smooth mixture.
  4. Pour the pina colada into two goblets. Drizzle or spray pomegranate juice over it.
  5. Pomegranate juice will mix itself, leaving some colorful patches, do not stir.
  6. Decorate the goblets with reserved pineapple wedges and serve chilled.
