Ingredients

  • fresh pineapple, raw | 1.00 fruit
  • Dry roasted macadamia nuts, no salt | 0.50 cup, whole or halves
  • Peppers, sweet, red, raw | 0.50 cup, chopped
  • Onions raw | 0.50 cup, chopped
  • Lime juice, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 1.00 oz
  • Peppers, jalapeno, raw | 2.00 tsp
  • Garlic, raw | 0.33 tbsp, chopped
  • Spices, chili powder | 0.75 tsp

Instructions

  1. Quarter the pineapple, chop macadamia nuts and cilantro. Set aside.
  2. Heat up the grill pan. Broil pineapple quarters for just 4 minutes from each side or until really tender and juice, and the char marks appear.
  3. Chop the grilled pineapple into small cubes and shift to the bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients, stir well and season with salt and pepper. If wished. Serve at once.
