  • Ginger root, raw | 2.00 tsp ground
  • fresh pineapple, raw | 1.00 cup, chunks
  • Maple syrup | 0.66 tbsp
  • Orange juice, raw | 5.00 fl oz
  • Ginger ale | 10.00 fl oz

  1. Blend few pieces of pineapple in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Now put the maple syrup and 2 tbsp of the orange juice. While the machine is still running, put the remaining pineapple pieces and a little more orange juice.
  2. Now add the ginger and blend again. Put some crushed ice in the glass and fill with pineapple juice, top with ginger ale.
  3. Decorate with the chives and serve chilled.
