  1. Take a large pineapple, peel and cut the flesh lengthways into quarters and then slice each lengthways into 16 wedges. Take a large non-stick frying pan, ladle the maple syrup in the pan and heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Now put the pineapple in the pan and fry for 3 minutes, turning once. Now transfer the pineapple on a serving plate and arrange them, drop the syrup all over the pineapples and serve.
