  • Canned pineapple in juice | 1.00 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks
  • Orange juice, raw | 1.00 cup
  • Low fat vanilla yogurt | 1.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Bananas, raw | 1.00 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long

  1. Cut banana into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Arrange banana in a single layer on baking sheet(lined with plastic wrap).
  3. Cover baking sheet with plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
  4. Mix together orange juice and yogurt in a blender, add banana and pineapple. Cover and blend until smooth.
  5. Garnish each serving with orange wedge if desired.
